How do I reserve an inflatable?

How far in advance should I make my reservations?
We encourage you to make your reservations as soon as possible. Inflatables are reserved on a first-come first-served basis. Inflatables are becoming an extremely popular form of entertainment and can book-up weeks and even months in advance.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required on rentals of one or two inflatables. A deposit of 50% is required when reserving three or more inflatables.
When is payment due?
Full payment in cash, check, or money order is due upon delivery and set-up of the inflatable.
Can I Cancel my rental?
Yes, a rental can be cancelled. Please give as much notice as possible. 7 days notice is required for deposit refunds.
What is the policy in case of rain, cool temperature or high winds?
We will not set up an inflatable in rain or winds of 25 mph or higher. If the weather forecast is calling for rain or high winds and you make the decision to set up. You will be required to make full payment. No refunds will be made if we have to return and pick up early due to rain or high winds.
We will not set up outdoors if the temperature is below 65 degrees
Can an inflatable be set up indoors?
Yes, most can be set up indoors. You will need at least 13 feet of ceiling clearance.
Can an inflatable be set up on pavement?
Yes, Please let us know when making your reservation so we can bring along our sand anchoring system.
Who sets up the inflatable?
A representative of All About Fun sets-up the inflatable and returns at the end of the rental period to take it down. We ask if you are finished with the inflatable not to turn off the blower. We will need it inflated so it can be inspected before it is removed.
What are my responsibilities as the renter of an inflatable?
A responsible adult must be assigned to supervise the children while the inflatable is in use. The adult must know all of the rules and also be the enforcer of these rules. The renter is responsible for the safety of the children and the care of the inflatable.
